FreightSeal is a carrier verification platform that helps freight brokers confirm carrier identity, insurance documentation, and load authorization. The platform sends SMS messages and voice calls to carrier phone numbers listed in the FMCSA public registry, extracts data from insurance certificates, and provides a real-time verification audit trail. FreightSeal is operated by FreightSeal.
By accessing or using freightseal.net, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including freight brokers, carriers, and cargo owners.
You may use FreightSeal only for lawful freight verification purposes in connection with legitimate freight brokerage or carrier operations. You agree not to:
Carrier phone numbers and contact information are sourced from the public FMCSA carrier registry. FreightSeal does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of FMCSA data. Brokers are responsible for ensuring they have a legitimate business purpose before initiating a verification.
FreightSeal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that verification results accurately reflect the carrier's current operating status, insurance coverage, or identity. Verification confirms that the carrier's FMCSA-registered phone number responded affirmatively and that uploaded insurance documents contain the extracted fields; it does not guarantee active coverage or legal authority to operate.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreightSeal and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of FreightSeal, including but not limited to cargo loss, freight claims, fraudulent carrier activity, or reliance on verification results. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FreightSeal in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in platform abuse, or pose a risk to other users, with or without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
